The waitstaff here seems to be mostly Utah State students, and we spend time getting to know them, and they get to know us. I've been in college football coaching for a long time. A lot of our athletes eat here. It’s a great place to go after practice or a workout. It’s a great location near Utah State, and it’s a lot like the old TV show Cheers, where everybody knows your name!
One thing about all of the staff here is that they all have really great smiles, and that's something that I think is really inviting. We have servers who are really great with families, servers who are really great with the college crowd, and we have regulars who will come in and ask for certain servers because their kids love them or whatever. It’s like family here.
I come here as often as I can. I love the vibe, and I love the food. At night, it's packed for the football games. My favorite dish has to be the pizza. I recommend it to anybody. If you want a place to eat and spend some time, go to Ruby’s!
Ruby’s has a good selection of craft beers at very reasonable prices, including quite a few local Utah beers, but they also have beers from other states and even some from other countries. We like the people here. Yeah, we're pretty much like friends to a lot of the waitstaff. They're very good.
The Tuscan mac and cheese is one of our favorites. We love it! It's classic mac and cheese, but then they add the barbecue sauce and the crispy jalapeños! Also, the spicy jerk wings! There’s just something about coming into a place, getting wings, and watching football. Come in, check it out, enjoy the atmosphere, enjoy the staff, and most of all, enjoy the food!
The food is excellent! The pizzas are amazing! I love the pizza pull bread and the chips and queso! They also have a huge selection of local beers, which is fantastic. They even just brought in one from a local brewery here in Logan. It's the best taproom in town!
